This is unconstitutional

  • The constitution(...)( note: This is using USA-specific words, but it applies similarly to any country. ) guarantees the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
  • A person cannot live if they never sleep.
  • Homeless people outnumber the available spots in homeless shelters or similar accomodations. Thus there is a guaranteed number of homeless people who have nowhere to sleep except the streets.
  • Therefore, it is unconstitutional to make it illegal to sleep on the street.
