Illegal to sleep on the street
This is unconstitutional
- The constitution
(...)( note: This is using USA-specific words, but it applies similarly to any country. ) guarantees the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. - A person cannot live if they never sleep.
- Homeless people outnumber the available spots in homeless shelters or similar accomodations. Thus there is a guaranteed number of homeless people who have nowhere to sleep except the streets.
- Therefore, it is unconstitutional to make it illegal to sleep on the street.
