Requirements

  • Should enable repurposing of good food before it goes bad
  • Should provide leeway: Food that's truly unsafe still needs to be thrown out.
    • Should NOT have loopholes that enable businesses to purposely destroy the food and claim "oops it's unsafe now we have throw it out"
