Here's a way to make use of fries that have gotten cold/hardened.
Recipe
- put the fries in a microwaveable bowl
- add some seasoning (such as garlic powder, chili powder and oregano)
- add some water
- microwave for a few minutes, watching closely to prevent overflow
- stir it and wait for it to cool down.
- [optional] add condiments (such as ketchup, mustard, relish or bbq sauce)
taste: similar to quebec-style poutine; similar to middle-eastern-style fried potatoes
Notes
- Even fries that have completely dried out are safe to use, as long as they don't have mold.
