Main use case

If you think of a possible new invention, and...

• you aren't sure if it's already been tried before,
• you aren't sure if it could work, but your intuition says it might,
• you don't mind someone "stealing" your idea if it turns out to be good,

...then make a page about it, in this category.
You and other editors can later add more info about the idea and its challenges. When there's enough information gathered, the page could be moved to another category. Even bad ideas are worth documenting, so that other people see why they're bad and don't waste their time on them. Good ideas are also of course worth documenting.
