Draft:Balanced diet with junk food

From the change wiki

Junk food is convenient and high in calories, but it lacks other nutrients: vitamins, minerals, protein and fibre tend to be missing. Luckily there are ways to "fill in the gaps" to make a balanced diet, even when most of the calories come from junk food.

Tl;dr: Eat about half a pound per day (227g/day) of dry lentils or beans or peas. Also take a daily multivitamin.[ELABORATION needed] The rest of your calories can come from junk food.
