CASE STUDY

1 small studio apartment per capita
everything in working condition (good plumbing, good wiring, no chipping lead paint, no readily-inhaled asbestos)
no cosmetic renovations
the building must have common space (because fuck anyone who wants to create a lonely dystopia)

Things to analyze:

Labor & environmental footprint of:
- Constructing the building, per capita, divided by the building's max lifespan (because fuck anyone who wants to demolish it prematurely)
- Maintaining the building (i.e. the "everything in working condition" requirement above)
- Providing utilities (water, electricity, internet)
